We ask for all room reservations to be paid in advance. Your reservation is not guaranteed until your payment is received. Should your plans change, we ask that you inform us as soon as possible. We will refund 100% of your payment if you give us 14 or more days notice. With 7 days or more notice, we will refund 50%. After that the deposit is non-rundable. There is no refund for no-shows.
